Perfoming Asana for Morocco

In December 2025 a group of yoga teachers went on a peace trip to Morocco. In addition to joyful encounters with local yoga teachers the trip included intensive asana practice.

The bridge pose in lotus variation is one of the most difficult positions. It is performed here in an ideal way by Heinz Grill.
